Attention Customers

Due to a high number of lost or delayed parcels with Australia Post we have decided to have Tracking on all regular post parcels.  This will incure an extra $1.50 to the freight cost.  I do apologize for the extra cost, but we feel it's a neccessary step to get your parcels to you in a timely manner.  Tracking does not include insurance.  If you wish to add insurance on your parcel, to protect your new purchase in the event of it being lost or damaged in transit, click here for more info.

Shipping

Pet Shop Australia can ship to anywhere within Australia and to most International destinations. There are some restrictions on some products where shipping to international destinations is prohibited.

Pet Shop Australia will ship items within 48 hours of receiving your order and cleared payments, and you will be contacted by email or phone if there is any delay in processing your order.

Please note that the shipping rates are automatically calculated, and for most items we sell are weight-based.  The shipping weight will be based on the total order weight rounded up to the next full kilogram.  On a rare occassion freight may be calculated incorrectly, at which time contact will be made with the correct claculation.
